I've been going here for years. I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling. I've come on a Saturday and Sunday before. I've had two different insurances and she's accepted both. Appointments are fast and I always get any questions answered. The front staff is nice as well.

I had such a great experience at Galleria Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the front office girls were super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It's always nice to be greeted with great customer service, and they definitely delivered!
The exam prices are very affordable, especially compared to other places I've checked out in the area. They offer quality care without breaking the bank, which I really appreciate. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam.

Dr. Youngson's staff was so nice. They called me before going to verify the online paperwork and to let me know what was covered. Very thoughtful as hardly anyone does that these days. No one likes surprises when it comes to insurance coverage . Dr. Linda was so nice and gave such a thorough eye exam. She put me at ease since it was my first visit there and now she has a new patient-me! Thank you so much!

Dr. Joe is great but the girls at the front are not welcoming or friendly when dealing. I stopped in to make an appointment because I can't get my newly purchased contact out. I was trained for 5 minutes max and was charged over $100 to "train" me. I will be switching Dr's to one that also takes my Health Insurance because I will not pay $180 charge for a medical visit...

First, I appreciate them for having a last minute appt available! The front desk team/ lady who cleaned the room and put me in the room to do the initial eye exam was a delight! I enjoyed them both. It was really nice to receive excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. They answered every question and let me know any charges I would incur. The fill-in doctor was nice too! Would definitely come back and will recommend others.

I've been seeing Dr.Joe for years. She is very nice, prompt and knowledgeable in her field. Her staff are very welcoming and friendly. I never spend more than 30min in the office. Also they are open on Sunday's which is great for my schedule. I've recently moved out of the area and will travel to come see Dr. Joe. Good Doctors are hard to come by so when you find one you keep them. I recommend her and her staff 100%.

I'll start by saying, the Dr. Knows what she's doing and was helpful.
The heavy set young lady with the glasses at the front counter had the worst attitude and refused to listen to our issue. We came into the establishment with an incorrect prescription that was made. When we brought this up, the young lady I mentioned was trying her hardest to downplay our issue, and prove us wrong instead of listening to us and trying to figure it out together.
At the end of our visit I asked for the young lady's name, and she refused to give it to me. That is why I only have a description of her. Very unsatisfied with our experience.
