I came here for a second opinion. The moment I walked in, my experience was VERY different than the previous ophthalmologist. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The medical assistants were all very polite and caring. Dr. Smith was very thorough and had really great bedside manners. She heard me and my concerns. I still don't have an answer to my pain, but she was able to rule out the causes that were concerning for me. We will continue to search for a cause, but I will definitely come back to see Dr. Smith and her attentive staff

From the moment we walked into the door up to the time we exited, service was exemplar. There were a few hiccups or inconveniences, but that did not ruin the great service that we received. We understand not all doctors offices, organizations, or businesses are used to accommodating individuals in BIG BULKY wheelchairs. I will say the Glaucoma Associates of Texas facility, tried their best to ensure that we had everything we needed, accommodations were provided, and that we receive great service. I will say the best moment was when the young lady first called us to the back she was kind, gracious, polite, encouraging, and understanding of our situation. She provided comfort to us throughout be entire appointment. She came to continuously check on us up until we left the building. I don't know her name, but I know that God is going to bless her GRACIOUSLY.
