I wrote this review in the past - but now Dr. Herman is no where to be found. I went to Vision Quest and they are closing that office and moving to Plano with a new name and a new doctor. Does anyone know where Dr. Herman has gone? I would love to find his practice.

Following a loss of confidence in the doctor who performed cataract surgery of my left eye which resulted in a poor outcome with no suggested remedies, I sought second opinions about what had happened and what to do next. One of those referred was Dr. Wesley Herman. The first step was a very thorough exam and assessment followed by recommendations. Dr. Herman and his staff were exceptionally sensitive to my distress, answered my questions, addressed my concerns and explained in great detail the recommended remedies. Subsequently, Dr. Herman performed the surgery and lens implant of the right eye. I am currently one week post op and have great confidence and trust that I am in very caring hands with the doctor and his staff. Most importantly, my vision is excellent in the right eye and remedies are underway to correct the vision in my left eye.

Initial phone call was pleasant experience. VA originally scheduled my husband with a Dr, with only 2 reviews and negative review on surgery. Husband contacted the VA stating he only had two chances to see better and didn't want to gamble on the one they prescribed. Told to find his own and call back.
He looked into Dr. Wesley's practice and decided 4.75 rating out 5 possible is a much better choice.
