Great, quick service at a reasonable price. I walked in with no appointment, dropped off some frames for new lenses and they had my glasses ready in just a couple days. Support a local small business and get better, fast service than you would at the big chains.

We had a great experience with Kingsley Optical, after our previous optician was bought out by a big corporation. The corporate replancement could not get my prescriptions right, even with lengthy delays. Kingsley Optical was so helpful in helping me with my new prescription and frames. When I had trouble getting used to the new frames, their 60 day warranty allowed me to replace them and have new lenses made for them at no additional cost. Robert and his staff are so nice and friendly and work so hard to be sure the customer is satisfied. I can understand why they have loyal customers from out of state to the Gulf Coast.

The staff at Kingsley Optical has always been very helpful and has always made me the best glasses I've ever had. Far better quality of frames and materials than other optical places I've used in the past.

My ophthalmologist referred me to Kingsley Optical after my cataract surgery. I was able to get a temporary lens so I can see for the next 4 weeks while my eyes adjust post op. The owner really went out of his way to make sure I have the very best vision possible until I can get my permanent prescription. I was very impressed with his knowledge and greatly appreciate his effort to help!

The person working today Wednesday 04,2024 at 2:30 pm refused to sell me glasses. I entered the store with my husband and the person came to us asking how can he help. We told him we wanted to buy a frame and he said that we needed an appointment... we drove half an hour for nothing. He only had one customer and we didn't need any help since we only needed to buy a frame. My husband asked him if we could schedule an appointment and he said we have to call. We were waiting in the car as we were looking for other optical places and the only customer he had left the store. The store is empty now and he still refusing to give us his service. We just came here because they have Carrera brand glasses which is the brand we like. But anyway, they lost a good customer.
