Usually reviews are for the doctors but in this case this review is for a specific nurse. My mom had surgery on Monday with Dr. Haque. The process prior to the surgery was quite easy. The nurse starting my 92 year mom's IV was very gentle and spoke to her in Spanish. After the surgery was completed and while my mom was in recovery, she unfortunately had a really bad accident. So I asked the nurse (Megan) if I could take care of it there. I had all the necessary things and also a change of clothes. I told Megan that I could do it on my own but she went above and beyond to help. I truly believe she was God sent. Megan deserves to be recognized for this dirty job that not to many nurses would be willing to do since it really isn't part of their jobs. Kudos to Megan's help, my mom was all clean and ready to go home and rest and on her way to a quick recovery!

Drove two hours through rush hour traffic to get here, they stated that my insurance required a primary care referral. I advised them that my insurance did not require this. They said they called my insurance and that's what they were told. They said I could pay them cash....why would I do that when I had insurance? Then I'd have to pay for procedure??? Insurance amount for visit $800+, cash discount $400....,why would I continue with a cataract procedure that I'd have to pay for? I came home and called insurance that said I did not require referral. I wasted half a day at this place. I also called them back to tell them they were wrong. No apology nothing.....rude :(

Doctor seems nice, but this place is messy, and the organization is zero. Ladies at the front desk are always lost and dont seem to know what are they doing ever. Still waiting for my lenses trial for weeks and I cannot get a final prescription to take my business elsewhere. Every time you call they put you on hold with torture music for minutes and completely ignore you. Or promise to call back and never do, extremely frustrating experience.

All of the doctors in this practice are excellent, as are the nurses, aids, and other workers. As an eye surgeon. Dr. Kirby is amazing! She did cataract surgery on both of my eyes as well as both of my sister's eyes. The surgeries went perfectly.

Dr. Kirby a very exacting and focused person. She's outgoing and professional and feels like a friend soon after meeting her. She has done surgery on my eyes many times and I've been very pleased with her work. She is a super doctor and a nice person.

What a terrible experience at Dr. Amy Dang. She cares nothing but your pocket money. I came there for an annual eye exam and got my new glasses based on the prescription she gave me. However, after one week trial of the new glasses, I felt the prescription was too strong. I called them and they said I could came for a free checkup and readjustment of the prescription. When I came there, Dr. Amy Dang delayed my appointment for 1 hour and she didn't show any patience to re-check the prescription. She is so rude and impatient, and didn't want to communicate with me to figure out why the prescription is too strong. She didn't solve any problem and didn't do any useful checkup nor made any changes to my prescription. Also, she didn't give me new prescription. So disappointed. But after several weeks, I unexpectedly received a bill from them. Remember they told me to come and have a free checkup? Please avoid Dr. Amy Dang and Kirby Eye Center if you don't want to receive unexpected bills and don't want to meet such a unprofessional and rude O.D. for your eye exam!

The place is very clean and has high tech machines. It was also pretty slow while I was there and I also heard the lady at the desk answering calls from new patients and scheduling them the same day. Great for getting in last minute. As far as the service goes, I wasn't impressed. They obviously figured out I had good insurance and were trying to run up my bill by doing unnecessary things not even remotely related to why I was there.
