I arrived on time and was seen after waiting 25 minutes. I was first seen by a counselor (Kay?) that said I was not a lasik candidate but was a candidate for a double lens replacement and they happened to be having a special. I tried to ask questions bc I was told by my optometrist I was a lasik candidate. Kay told me I wasn't really a candidate and she'd been doing this since she got out of college. Next I was actually seen by the doctor and had an exam and he explained that I would be a candidate for both procedures. Had I seen the Dr first, I'd likely be very excited about the lens replacement option. But instead I felt like it was more a transaction than providing care....I was told about a special and pricing before I had been seen by the DR?
By the time 2 hours had passed, the Dr wanted to send me back to Kay to discuss pricing, but I had to be somewhere so he said she would call or email. I never heard from anyone. I'm going to seek another consult and look into the lens replacement surgery elsewhere. It sounds really great. Jasmine was wonderful and Dr. C was very helpful explaining my options. Unfortunately the counselor ruined my experience.

I had an amazing experience working with Dr. Chinichian. I had a bump in my eye that felt like it was coming and going. I never experienced a chalazion in my life. It was honestly impacting me heavily because I didn't know what it was. He diagnosed it and treated it right away. Extremely thankful. I highly recommend.

Dr. Bob Consor was thorough, asking the right questions and taking his time. All the support staff were very friendly as well. I appreciated that Dr. Consor consulted with other doctors to get a rounded opinion, even though he came across as very experienced.
If I were to provide feedback, it would be to expedite the check-in process, perhaps send a link in advance of the appointment, so all the information can be provided in advance. Filling out paper registration is outdated and time-consuming.

Just about everything with my experience was wonderful, and I am looking forward to living without contacts and glasses after I have my surgery. My only feedback is that I had entered all of my details in their patient portal prior to the consultation, and then they still had me fill out paperwork citing policy and procedure. But everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Lee is wonderful. I love her!
