I appreciate Dr. Burk's medical care, yet the overall experience at this practice leaves a lot to be desired. The offices run at a volume that pushes patients through with little regard for comfort or clarity. The front desk creates more stress than support and interactions feel dismissive, rushed, and unhelpful. This practice grew far beyond its capacity, and patients feel the consequences. Dr. Burk delivers quality care, but the front desk staff creates unnecessary obstacles at every step and is difficult to navigate.

Waited nearly 3-hours to see the doctor. This is a high patient volume style practice. They will also send you surprise bills months after your visit. Avoid.

02/27/23: My brother has been seeing Dr. Burk for over 15 years for his various problems with his eyes. She is so kind and professional. From my observations of Dr. Burk throughout the years, she does her best to get my brother's eye sight right despite ongoing genetic issues. I appreciate her helping him throughout the years. Thanks, Dr. Burk!!!

Dr. Linda Burk has been my husband's eye doctor for years. My personal experience is Dr. Burk takes time to answer my questions and concerns after she has attended to his post cataract surgery. The staff is friendly, helpful, and also professional.

Dr Burke is a hero! It appears that the only post she has so far are derogatory and she doesn't deserve that I don't think! If you don't like the staff well oh well. Sometimes that happens. Dr Burke saved my son's eyes because he had glaucoma and his Medicaid insurance wouldn't pay for the proper procedure, as she put it. So she had to be very smart and figure out another way to reduce the eye pressures so he wouldn't lose the rest of his vision.He is blind in one eye so the other eye is so very very important! We put his well-being in her hands and she didn't disappoint! I hope anyone that reads this will consider Dr Burke as a wonderful doctor very talented and very caring about her patience! We love, Dr Burke!

Where do I begin? The lack of professionalism I experienced today was truly unbelievable. As a Director of Clinical Services, I understand firsthand how critical customer service is in any healthcare setting. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. After driving over an hour to be seen, I was met with resistance and a clear lack of empathy from the front desk staff. Rather than working toward a solution, they appeared upset simply because I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was merely advocating for myself, not causing a scene. To be told I needed to reschedule due to an insurance issue--without any effort to understand or help--was incredibly disappointing. The dismissiveness and lack of compassion reminded me more of a transactional, impersonal environment than a place designed to care for people. It felt more like a puppy mill than a healthcare practice beware

Wow! My experience at this location was really great and if I must say VERY REFRESHING! All of the medical team were very pleasant from start to finish. I have never visited this location so I had no clue what to expect. Although when I arrived, the office was SUPER PACKED which is not always a great thing LOL, I felt it was pretty quick and painless for me and I can say that I feel my eye exam was done right and it was an enjoyable experience for me. Meeting Dr. Burk at the end was simply icing on the cake! Thank you! I will be back and will refer my family and friends as well.

My elderly mother had a scheduled routine eye exam with this location and asked to pay a bill of over $300+ before the exam even took place. My mother and father were confused as to why a large cost for a routine eye exam since insurance covers the cost. No clear explanation was given and my parents declined to pay out of confusion and informed me about this to help uncover this issue. I call this location 4 times over the past two day with no results. I was repeatedly told to call back and speak with billing. I did, speaking with the two different people and I also left two messages with no call back. All we were trying to find out what was the reason for the cost? They obviously gave me the runaround and simply fell short of providing good customer service. I am sure Dr. Linda is a great doctor but the staff fell short. Maybe they need to reflect on their Mission Statement or Business Model because with this lack of customer concern, they will turn away business like we are doing now. There are many other great doctors with good customer service even with low staffing. When I personally experience this kind of treatment (although rarely) I simply take my business elsewhere and go quietly. But, when this affects my elderly mother and father who require some reasonable courteousness, the line has been crossed. Heavy heart...
