I have been going to see Dr. Price for 3 years & have been very pleased with the comprehensive eye exam I have received. She listens to any concerns & answers questions I've had. Her team, Johnny & Claudia are friendly, helpful & fun to work with when choosing new frames. They have a nice selection of frames you don't see at the mainstream eye places such as Prodesign & Face a Face. They even send out emails about designer trunk shows when the frame designers showcase their newest collections. I highly recommend Dr. Price if you are looking for someone to take care of your eyes & her team of experts to help you pick out a new pair of glasses.

I recently purchased progressive lenses from Johnny. He was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. He helped sort out an insurance complication and verified the prescription I received from a different doctor was accurate before ordering the lenses. Customer service was the best. Thank you for a great experience and a great pair of glasses.

The team at L'Optique went above and beyond to help me. I'll never go anywhere else in Dallas for my optical needs. A few weeks ago, I was in a bind. My lenses were badly scratched, and I had a work trip coming up. Warby Parker refused to replace the lenses because I hadn't purchased the frames there. Desperate, I called L'Optique and asked if they could help. Johnny immediately said, "Come on over!" even though it was less than 30 minutes before closing time. Johnny quickly documented my prescription and got my order placed. As my trip approached, I worried the glasses wouldn't be ready in time. When I called to check, the team contacted the lab right away and called me back to reassure me that everything was on track. When the glasses arrived, Johnny refitted the frames so they sat perfectly and securely on my face. I left feeling confident, relieved and ready for my trip. In the middle of a hectic week, this experience was a reminder of how meaningful great service can be. Being able to rely on a caring, capable team for something as important as my vision means the world to me. The next time I need glasses, I'm making a beeline for L'Optique.

Dr. Price and staff are absolutely amazing! This was my first visit and cannot express how comfortable everyone makes you feel when you walk in the door. The exam was one of the most thorough ones I've ever had and each step being explained along the way. The whole staff at L'Optique is fantastic. I found them when I was looking for some prescription sunglasses and didn't like the options at my previous eye doctor. They were helpful throughout the process even though I wasn't a patient. They still presented my new sunglasses like they were worth a million bucks with polish and a complimentary chocolate. Then, when my old eye doctor changed his schedule, I decided to try out L'Optique as my eye doctor. Dr. Price was helpful and knowledgeable, walking me through all of the tests and the results. Everyone there seems to love their jobs and it shows.

Dr. Price is AMAZING! The level of her work is the ultimate--I've never had an eye exam that is so thorough. It is fairly easy to get an appointment (no weeks-long wait) and the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Price spends so much time with each patient and she has loads of sophisticated equipment that helps her examine every detail of your eye health. I would recommend her services without hesitation to anyone. My only word of caution: the glasses sold in the lovely front part of the shop are gorgeous but can be VERY expensive. Know that (1) if you want "fancy" eyewear, this is the place, and (2) you can take your prescription anywhere, if your glasses budget is more modest.
