I was very pleased by Dr. Marshall & his staff. It was my first visit after my optometrist of 22 years had retired, so I was a bit nervous. But he & everyone else were wonderful & his knowledge & expertise related to my history & current condition were excellent. I recommend him highly. My husband also saw him for the first time & he was equally impressed.

From the start to finish the team was so wonderful, everyone was kind and friendly! We saw Dr. Cates and she was, very knowledgeable, positive and helpful. She took the time to walk us through the process and answered every question we had. Not once did we feel rushed! We can't wait to pick up our new glasses and see y'all next year for our annual exam!

I've been going to Marshall Eye Care for several years now, and I always have a great experience. The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly, as is all the staff. I not only get my eye exams there, but also buy my glasses there, too. I've gotten help picking out frames by Dennis and Karen during various visits and they both offered lots of great suggestions that I liked a lot. I fully trust them both to pick out flattering frames for me and give honest opinions. I think I've typically ended up choosing glasses that they recommended. I will continue to trust Marshall with the health of my eyes, and also making sure I look my best.

Dr Brian Marshall and staff are terrific. Everyone is very professional and they run a smooth operation I have been a patient of Dr Marshall for over 20 years. Dr Marshall loves his work and it shows. He is very thorough and a great Dr. It's always a joy to see Dr. Marshall. Dr Marshalls staff is very good and helpful. It's always a good experience to go to Marshall Eyecare.

The doctors are amazing! Front staff is amazing! The only complaint I would have is the gentlemen that checks you out and helps with frames. Very pushy and was not giving me any space or time to look on my own and see what I liked. handing me a bunch of different glasses. I wanted to just look around at my own pace and was constantly standing behind me, any time I wanted to try on a pair of glasses I picked out he would come and hand me a different pair. I opted not to buy my frames there due to being rushed.

At Marshall Eye Care, I always get friendly, efficient service and outstanding care. Dr. Marshall never seems rushed, and is pleased to discuss the health of my eyes. Karen has selected and fitted my glasses here for years, too. She knows her stuff! Highly recommend!
