Michael Burton, OD

I don't know about Dr. Burton, but the Assistant Stephanie there was extremely unprofessional and rude. She took zero accountability for not handling a situation correctly. I considered removing this post, but her lack of empathy and apology led me to the decision to share this horrible experience. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she blamed my elderly mother for "not saying she had an appointment " when it's her job to verify or simply ask, especially when my mother has waited three months for a scheduled appointment, which was verified three times beforehand.

First of all I would like to say Michael Burton is an excellent doctor. The problem is when I scheduled my appointment they failed to look at who my doctor was an assigned me to another doctor. No big deal I excepted The appointment because they didn't have another vacancy until December. Then I sat in my chair for 45 minutes and they still never called me back. Finally had to leave. Ask them why it was taking so long and they said they were understaffed. Unacceptable. If you were understaffed, then don't take so many appointments. I think it's really important to not sacrifice your quality! Going back to Costco.

Dr. Burton listened intently and found the cause of my glasses prescription from another location that didn't work well for me. I highly recommend him as another health care professional.

Love Dr. Michael Burton, I can tell he really loves what he does, he was so patient and professional.
