Dr. Milner has been treating my early-stage glaucoma for 3+ years, and the care I'm receiving has been great. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things in layman's terms. His staff is excellent as well. I recently had him start doing my contact lens fitting - now it's a one-stop shop for all my eye care.
The only minor negative is the office is at Baylor in a tired, rather depressing building. Wish they were located in a less sketchy area of town.

Good ophthalmologist for those who need eye surgery. My husband went to him with damaged vision from chemotherapy, Milner performed surgery on both eyes which helped my husbands vision. But then just a few months later tumors were found behind his eye. I often wonder if this ophthalmologist had seen them. I have gone to him for regular vision check - I got the feeling he is interested in surgery candidates only.

The staff didn't bother to inform me that they did not have my insurance information until my eyes were dilated and I couldn't make heads nor tails of anything. Charged me $75 for a routine eye exam when I have full coverage vision insurance. I'll NEVER be back if the staff doesn't get it together. Had to ask multiple times for my script and glad I finally got it. I did not get ANY receipt of any kind for my $75 bill.
