Dr. Furr is the best doctor I've ever had. Not only is she is professional and very knowledgeable, but she is personable and has a great bedside manner. She takes the time to provide explanations and answer questions, and shows genuine care for her patients' health. Her staff are also helpful, professional, and friendly, and always do their best to work patients in for last-minute appointments. I'm so grateful for Dr. Furr and her team, and trust them to care for my eyes!

The staff was super sweet. They were very efficient and even got me in earlier than my appointment time. They were very helpful in my decision making for contacts. I will definitely be going back and recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

Dr Furr is great. Takes time to go over everything and makes you very comfortable. Her Assistant that does the pre testing is very nice and knows her stuff. The lady that works with you on lenses and frames is very patient and helps you pick out the frames that make you look your best. Wide choice of frames and lens packages. Very reasonable priced.

The staff was super friendly and assisted me with all the questions I had. They have some retina photo machine where they didn't have to dilate my eyes so that was a plus! Dr. Furr was also very knowledgeable and friendly. She recommended plenty of solutions for me and was genuine enough in doing so you can tell she not only knows her stuff, but also cares!

After having an awful experience at another provider, I was anxious about my visit. I had no reason to be nervous. Lauren at the front desk was amazing, from the moment I arrived she was kind and helpful, even under the current protocols. Lauren and Dr. Williams took the time to answer all of my questions and reassure me with every test, measurement and scan that they were doing. I have never had a better experience with any healthcare provider. I unfortunately received some bad news about my vision and at 8:00 on that Friday evening, Lauren called to make sure that I was ok and hadn't thought of any questions! Thank you both for being so fantastic.

I scheduled an appointment to this office by a referral from Addison. After arriving I must say that this was a great experience from beginning to end. Very up to date equipment and friendly office staff. They made whole experience smooth and professional. A special Thank you, to all the staff and now I can see clearly!

I have been wearing glasses and/or contact lens for about 20 years and today was the best experience at an eyecare facility. I called and the lady who answered was very detailed with me providing availability and confirming my insurance was in network. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and my wait was less than 2 minutes. The assistant who began my exam process was friendly and very professional. Last, Dr. Furr was awesome. She was very patient and answered so many questions. She gave me various contact lense options both older and newer brand without pushing a particular brand on me. Go visit!!

What a fabulous team - great experience!!! Dr. Furr has a fabulous team supporting her, genuinely (hard to come by these days) welcoming, energetic & engaging. Dr. Furr is pretty fabulous herself She's quick, professional & thorough with a wonderful personality to boot. Highly recommended.
