I've been going to this office for several years now, and I can honestly say I've loved every person I've met. Richie, the office manager, is a gem and is willing to share his stash of candy with you. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, exactly the kind of person you want helping you. I'm also really grateful for Dr. Nguyen, who managed to make the absolute perfect contact lens brand recommendation after interpreting my "well my contacts are too loose but also too dry and suction to my eyeball." She was very patient, kind, and willing to hear me out. I love this team! :)
I had my eye appointment on 12/16/2025. It's now 1/19/26 and I still do not have my contacts. Its been just one mistake after another without any communication. Wrong order, then order just not placed, then order just not shipped. I tried calling but no one returns phone calls. I've stopped by and the staff just doesn't seem to care to want to help. I finally called the last time and will have to stop by again to pick up contacts. I am so over this place. Find a different optometrist ASAP.
Firstly, my frames were not delivered from the distributor to the lens crafting place. Dude said it was a glitch or something. Even though he told person on phone that this is becoming a regular thing. He said they couldn't transfer frames from another store because of inventory reasons. So he came up with something that would speed up the process for the second round. Something about tracing the frames and sending to lens cutting people. That's first two weeks.
Third week comes and they are there. But wait, it's the wrong frames. The wrong frames! They are the exact same frames I got years ago. Exactly. With the plastic bottom for lenses, same frames, same color, same everything. Not the new all black frames I wanted. Exact opposite in fact.
I notice and start to look in mirror to make sure the lenses were the correct, new prescription, and they were correct prescription. So instead of going through the glitch excuse, we can hand trace thing again and having to wait more and hear this dude sigh, I just to to the car. I will never go back. The Doctor was amazing during test. I will give them that for a star.
Awesome service, had some broken frames, and I got the same frames and Richie was great, within a couple of minutes, he was able to switch my frames. Richie has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and has an amazing attitude. Love this place.
Very rude and incompetent staff. After coming here for several years, today was the last straw. I had an appointment today 8/12 at 10:20am. I called ahead and asked if 10:30 would be okay and was told by a woman who answered that wouldn't be a problem. The man at reception who checked me in had an attitude problem immediately pretending he didn't know who I was and said they were going to cancel my appointment as a no show. This surprised me given the person I spoke to said it wouldn't be a problem. When I inquired with him about that, he ignored me four times and kept shoving paperwork at me. I finally stopped him and pressed the question again - why would one employee feel justified in canceling my appointment when another employee already confirmed/approved the time change? He was very rude and very short and just said it's fine now.
The final straw was when I went to the back for the initial eye exam before meeting with the eye doctor. Their records indicated I wore contacts when again I've been coming here for years and never worn contacts in my life. If they can't maintain the accuracy of this simple data, imagine how askew the rest of their record keeping is - I'm nervous to even transfer eye doctors now because I'm worried they won't receive my records accurately or in full.
The real nail in the coffin was the first person I met with before the eye doctor took notes and I told her my condition had been persistent 4-5 days. When I met with the optometrist a few minutes later, she said the notes indicated 3 days.
Get anything right!! You can't have an office full of people who are rude and inept. Maybe one but not both, hence I will not be returning.
Amazing customer service! They help me to get a free sample when I ran out of contacts. Always willing to help their fellow neighbors.
My son and I visited this past Saturday and I was very impressed! Everyone from the front staff to Dr.Mingh were amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! My son and I had a bad experience with prior eye doctors and this was a night to day difference! Loved it! This will my new eye doctor I recommend to everyone!
This place is nice and chill =) Love Dr. Nguyn she's sweet and Informative. Richie is really helpful when it comes to maximizing my insurance benefits I recommend this place to my fellow eye struggling folks
