I've been a patient at this eye clinic for a few years.
During my most recent visit, I met Dr. Trang for the first time.
He's very personable, knowledgeable, humorous and he wants the best for patients. I DO recommend.
Before leaving, Fernando (Eyewear Advisor) assisted me in verifying my insurance benefits and helped me find affordable frames.
I didn't plan to purchase any this visit because last time I spent way over budget, but Fernando helped me find glasses that fit my out-of-pocket budget. I appreciate him greatly for this!

Doctors are polite and professional. The techs did add-on, apparently unnecessary tests without asking that my insurance didn't include. The doctor said I didn't need glasses, but the sales lady convinced me to get a pair of glasses because my insurance offered an allowance regardless of need. Fast forward, I spent nearly $200 that I didn't need, and the glasses I received made my vision fuzzier than without. The patient portal is a nightmare, and I can't get a copy of my invoice online for FSA/HSA reimbursement. I won't be back.
