I had a really good visit here! Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and the doctor took time to explain my vision and answer all my questions without rushing. The office is super clean and organized, and they even helped me choose frames that actually fit my face. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an eye doctor you can trust!

This is an excellent Eye doctors office. The staff and doctors are very caring and do their jobs well. I want to specifically point out Jason and Danielle. They really put in a lot of effort to ensure I got into the correct glasses. I have a very high prescription so getting the right frames are a challenge for me. However Jason and Danielle made it very easy and took their time ensuring I got the right glasses. Every pair of glasses I have purchased here have been great. 10/10 to this office.

Had a great experience. Britton and the team there did a great job helping me understand more about what's going on with my vision, and the best ways to correct it. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

They need to change their name to "MyEyeGlasses." The exams are just a means to an end - they exist only to sell glasses/contacts and that is IT. It's just new glasses, whether you actually need them or not - no explanation on WHY they're giving/upgrading glasses. Just sit on down at the "store" and drop a few hundred bucks. They don't call when they say they will. They don't do what they say they're going to do. They left me hanging for DAYS when I wasn't supposed to have to stay at all ("We'll swap the lenses while you wait... no you'll have to leave the frames and come back later today - we'll call you." They never called me and DAYS went by before I called them to see what the hell was going on.) I will NEVER return to this or any other MyEyeDr location!

I had a great experience at MyEyeDr in Park Cities! Once I walked in, the staff were welcoming and efficient. The tech, Clarissa who conducted my preliminary tests was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable--explaining each step of the process clearly and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The eye doctor was thorough during the exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left feeling confident about my eye health and really appreciated how smooth and professional the entire visit was. Highly recommend this office for anyone needing an eye exam!

I had an excellent eye exam with Dr. Adams and his team! Scheduling my appointment online was convenient and straightforward. I was able to complete the necessary paperwork and provide my insurance information, and the team had everything ready for my visit. Dr. Adams was professional and made it easy for me to understand my eye health. The opticians assisted me in selecting two pairs of glasses using my insurance. I highly recommend this practice!
