I had such a great experience at this location! I came in to get both prescription sunglasses and a new pair of regular glasses, and everything from start to finish was seamless. Christopher helped me throughout the process and he was truly a joy to work with -- patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in addressing my needs and questions. The office itself is clean, neat, and conveniently located, which made the visit even better. I also really appreciated the wide variety of eyewear styles and brands available -- there were so many great options to choose from! When it's time for my next upgrade, I'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Ash Wilson to the rescue! I am now actually excited about my new lenses and my new prescription journey! She took the time to explain everything to me! I walked out seeing better than I did when I walked in! Between her and Dr. Clark, I am definitely in good hands. Ash thoroughly answered all of my questions!! She even taught me some preventative measures to take to protect my eyes for the future! She's the best !!

I had a great experience at the My Eye Dr on LBJ. Ashly took great care of me and sold me the new meta Oakley shades. We explored all of our options and she was patient with me. It one of my best purchases this year. I will return soon for the lens options. The customer service is top tier.

My Eye Dr took very good care of me. Staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable, my first time ever visiting. Staff were also friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Will go again next year for sure. Great selection of frames and the Store Manager was a gem! Couldn't have picked out frames with out him. I had an excellent experience at my eye appointment from start to finish. From the tech all the way to my frames. Dr. Awad was attentive and thorough. After my eye exam, Ashly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames. She was patient and honest, and had a really good eye for the frames that would look best on me. The entire team made the experience enjoyable and stress free. I definitely recommend them whether you already wear glasses or you're just wanting to get the health of your eyes checked.
