My husband had a really bad case of Conjunctivitis(Pink eye). When I called Ms.Adriana answered scheduled him in immediately, which was so much appreciated. &Dr.Nguyen has such a passion for her patients really appreciated how she used full patient quality care! Helpful &Very Knowledgeable. She's does her job well, &love her passion in what she does. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs eye care. Dr. Was 45minutes late ... they open at 10. My appointment was at 10.30. I showed up early... waited 45 minutes past 10.30... now I will be late for my own patients so I have to cancel the exam and go to my own office . No apologies.. no care. And wasted an hour and half of my time going, waiting and returning to work. Go somewhere where they respect your time. I feel they squeeze in walk-ins and push back scheduled patients hoping patients with reservations won't care or notice. Terrible experience... would have been nice if she apologized

Showed up as walk in with my daughter. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor is thorough and wants to make sure you understand the health of your eyes and your options. Very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Phoung is the sweetest! She explains everything very thoroughly(sometimes even draws on paper to show you what she's actually talking about) and always has a great and caring personality. I went to see her for several follow ups whenever I was freaking out about an eye injury and she was always available to see me. She tends to have a couple appointments available, which I love! Thank you for actually loving your profession and caring about your patients! The receptionist sometimes seems a bit impolite but Dr. Phuong's personality compensates for that.
