Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience. The glasses I initially selected were too small when I returned to pick them up. I was told the display size was the same as the final pair however, I do not recall them being tight or too short to fit properly behind my ears. As a result, I had to select a different style and wait additional time. While the staff who assisted me during my second visit were much more helpful, the inconvenience and delay caused by not receiving proper guidance initially made the overall experience disappointing.

I used to really like this place because they had great customer service and were always reliable, but unfortunately, it's not the same anymore. I've gone twice recently during their posted business hours, and both times they were closed with no explanation. It's disappointing to see how much things have changed from how they used to be. Hopefully, they can get back to the level of service they once had.

I came in to pick up my glasses and had such a great experience! While I was there, I wanted to buy a lens cleaner for $5, but I had left my card in the car. The lady helping me said that if I left a review, I could get it for free. I didn't have my phone with me at the time, but she was so kind and still let me take it, asking me to leave a review later. I've been a customer here since I was little, and I've always loved this place. The trust, kindness, and amazing customer service are exactly why I keep coming back!
