The grumpy optometrist In the old shoebox office.
This place looks nice from the outside but once you enter you can tell this is not the place you want to be seen. The "front desk" looks like made out or cardboard falling apart. The place looks dirty and depressing, the front desk was on the rude side and the over experience was just uncomfortable like I was somehow begging to be seen.
I got to my appointment on time fill out my information yet I waited for 25 minutes after my appointment .I was already at the point of leaving when I was called in. At that point my phone rang and I answer to say I will call you back in 10 minutes and the doctor told me to leave because he was going to see someone else now and if I wanted to be seen I now had to wait until 12.
I can't believe people still think treating costumers like this is acceptable. You are in the service medical/ service industry if you can treat your patient with respect and dignity it's time to close your doors.

The Doctor is good. But ambience is not so good. They should upgrade the facility with latest furniture. I also feel i will get sick when i go there. I am not comfortable to use the chairs. The only reason we go there is The Doctor diagnose the issue to the point. No fancy equipment he will be to the point.

Receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Called three times to get my prescription and she refused to fax or email it since I live out of state. She said I would have to have the store then I'm ordering my contacts from verify my prescription with her. So, I sent my prescription to two stores over a month ago and neither one of them can get a confirmation on my prescription so they can send my contacts. The other doctors office that I use For my daughterHad no problem getting my prescription from them and the store did not have a problem getting verification from the doctor and we have already received them. This is a complete waste of money and time. The doctor is nice and accommodating too bad her office staff is keeping her down.

I just moved from FL to Dallas and of course, one of my contacts fell in the sink and down the drain. I wear GP lenses, so it's not easy to get another one. And on top of that my prescription was expired. I was in such a panic, but I made an appointment online for a Saturday and went in. The exam was so quick, but that was appreciated. And my contacts arrived in TWO DAYS PEOPLE. Also the staff in the glasses side were SO friendly and helpful.

Great help great service. Selection isn't bad either. We went to like 3-5 places looking for some frames I like. Ended up here just because of how helpful this guy was. Think his name was Roger. Highly recommended.

Do not go here for your eye exam. I went for my annual eye exam to renew my contacts. She was about to give me a sample and then asked for my old script and I told her my right eye was worse than my left previously. She then rewrote on the sample, such both lenses said "R eye" even though they were different scripts so I was unsure which was for which eye. It seems there wasn't confidence in the script generated for that day such that she reversed the scripts so that my right eye script would be stronger given my history but that wasn't what she originally found/ had written. She asked me to try them out and come back in a week. I came back and was told I should have called , they didn't have time to write my script. I returned again later that day for the script and after submitting the script to order online, I was told the script was incomplete and thus I still could not place my order to renew my contacts. This was a waste of my time. You should be able to get your exam and receive a new script the same day with confidence.

I have been getting my glasses online for the past & couple of yrs @ Zenni & Eye Buy Direct & THOUGHT I was getting what I was prescribed... man was I wrong!
Dr. Einsberg (next door) was awesome, he explained so much about my eye health & my vision issues that the others I guess never took the time to.
I loved having contacts but was never properly fitted for them & always had trouble with them... Doc did it!! Woo hoo.... awesome contacts at last! I can finally wear them to concerts & events without any issues!!
My husband & I went next door for our glasses & they helped us pick out the perfect frames that fit our prescriptions, explained the differences between them & were so super friendly & helpful.
They got our glasses back to us quick despite the holiday & WOW what a difference!
We are customers for as long as we live here & can't say THANK YOU enough!!!
I will NEVER buy online glasses again!
