I came in for what should have been a routine contact lens exam, and the entire experience left me frustrated and concerned about my insurance costs. During my visit, I was diagnosed with "dry eyes," which I understand can happen. What I don't understand is why that turned into being required to return to the office once a week for the next three weeks--each visit billed separately, of course. These extra appointments felt excessive and unnecessary, and they ultimately drove up my out-of-pocket expenses and insurance claims for something that should have been simple. On top of that, when I asked for a copy of my contact lens prescription, I was denied. I still haven't received it, which is unacceptable and directly impacts my ability to purchase lenses elsewhere. Overall, this practice feels more focused on generating charges than providing patient-centered care. I cannot recommend them and would urge others to proceed with caution.

This place is awesome! I recently visited for the first time and I'm please. The doctor Newman is an amazing doctor, and you can obviously tell from meeting him how well he loves his job, and the care of his patients. His assistant is just as great and beautiful. They care POINT BLANK Troy is kind very patient with the process of clients seeking out the proper lenses. Thank you all.

Dr. Newman is a great eye doctor. We have seen him for regular vision exams for glasses and contacts. When he identified a potentially serious condition we are monitoring, he spent time to thoroughly discuss the issue, how we would monitor it and what we would do if more treatment was needed.
