Precious Eyes

Wow, is all I can say this morning prior to going into the new year. The receptionist (I'm going to assume because she refused to give me her name prior to hanging up in my face) was extremely distasteful to me this morning! I had an appointment that was canceled (in which I would have never known due to them still sending me back to back text messages as if the appointment was still on) so I called trying to reschedule. The lady on the phone immediately accused me of putting in false information, even after I explained I did not! It was very disheartening and disappointing because I have never experienced such behavior or treatment in what should be a professional setting where I am trying to receive an eye exam. I've learned that this is a private company linked to Target (thank goodness because I enjoy Target). I would not recommend this place to anyone. The way I was nastily profiled before even walking in the building needs to rectified with I'm assuming the Dr. after learning this is a private office. Very distasteful/disturbing behavior. Perhaps some retraining in professionalism for the receptionist going into the new year. Otherwise a lot of potential business will be lost.

The lady at the front desk was rude. "How can I help you?" with an annoyed expression, is not a proper greeting. Also, she interrupts. On top of that, they canceled my appointment because of lack of confirmation? Me booking the appointment IS the confirmation lmao. Confirmation is unnecessary, people aren't on their phones all day, we have to work.

I really enjoy going to Dr. Patel yearly for my eye exam. Her receptionist is amazing; she's responsive and very helpful. When an earlier appointment became available she called and helped me get in sooner! I appreciate Dr. Patel's thoroughness and demeanor and love that she doesn't rush to get me in and out, she takes her time and I can tell she really cares about her patients!

Very friendly service, Dr. Patel takes the time to explain what is happening, what has changed, answer any questions, and she does this with patience and always a super positive attitude.

Super sweet staff! Receptionist/Assistant was so nice and we talked haha. The doctor I can't remember his name but he was super younger gentleman who was so professional and nice. Unfortunately he told his last day was Saturday which was upsetting as I actually liked him! Aside from that definitely loved it!

Rude staff, awful website, dirty office. I went to another optometrist (MyEyeDr) and they were WAY better! Don't go here, ever.

Dr. Patel is fantastic, very knowledgeable, and has a great demeanor. I will definitely continue to go to her and have recommended her clinic to two friends!

Tried to cancel my appointment several times, then tried to reschedule me, then told me contact lens fitting would have to be done separately, needed THREE visits to get contacts. Rude. Also, dirty office. Not sure how in the world this place has good reviews.
