Preston Eye Center

I visited this location with a friend's referral. I was surprised as I entered with the interior. It was very clean, welcoming & was greeted with big smiles. Although they were busy, the receptionist was very welcoming & got my paperwork done promptly to get me checked in. I waited for about 10 minutes and was escorted to getting my eyes screened then escorted in the room for my vision check by Dr. Le. He was wonderful & gave me contacts to try. I tried on the contact he recommended and was very happy with his recommendations. I am glad I found this place.

My Son and I went to Preston Eye Center only to be met by the nicest receptionists around. They treated us with care, answered all of our questions and more importantly, they were naturally helpful with our vision assistance. Kudos to this team and the Doctor. Please, don't listen to the negative reviews until you've experienced the wonderful service you'll receive.

Something really odd is going on here at Preston Eye Center. This is not a reflection on Dr. Le or his services. I need to pick up some results from an eye exam for my child to send to his school. I only received a receipt at checkout, but the school is asking. I called on a Wednesday - the receptionist was incredibly rude and said she couldn't help me. I pressed a little and she said I could come Saturday between 9-12. So I call Saturday at 11:30 am to let her know I'm on the way and I'll drive in 10 minutes and to ensure that they have the records. The receptionist is incredibly rude and tells me that she is not at the office because she has to run errands for the optometrist. She said I need to be there before 12. I said that's not a problem I'm almost there. Then she proceeds to tell me that she can't do it. And I said "I'm a bit confused because you gave me this time on Wednesday, should I turn around and if so when can I return?" And she sighs and then says she will come back in 10 minutes. There are 3 cars of people waiting here and nobody ever came and we're all trying to figure this out. I have no other way to communicate with the doctor other than this review. Now she's not answering the phone for any of the people here waiting. I'm so confused. I was never upset with the receptionist. I just need to get the records. Someone else called, she screamed at them and then put some hold music for 10 minutes. I don't know what's going on in this lady's life, so I don't want to judge. Just help me get those records, please I wish I had another way to reach the doctor because if I call on Monday it will probably just go to the receptionist. I'm editing this review because a little after noontime she did come and I'm hoping we can get these records. Must have been a fluke. I hope all goes well!

I have been too Preston Eye Center a few times as well as all of my kids.. I have to say this last visit was horrible literally got half screamed at and treated like i was stupid from Dr. Le himself . The problem was my contacts were so uncomfortable after months of trying them that I taught maybe there could be an issue. I was told why did I wait 3 months well maybe because as your patient I don't even feel comfortable telling you or your staff the situation because it's always an excuse for what I had to say .. and don't take me wrong the staff is very friendly and helpful but I'm sure they have to do what they are told. Coming from Dr. Le according to him I just can't wear contacts I don't produce enough tears and I've have tried apparently every sample of contacts he has which of course is a lie because when he put me on this contacts he only switched them without a sample try saying they were made from the same company I should have no problem. But if as a professional you think I can not wear contracts then tell me that's the issue and maybe I would have felt comfortable since the beginning to not consider contacts . I was with a prior eye docter which was amazing and understanding and never wrote out a prescription for my contacts just because he made sure they worked for me and never once said I didn't produce enough tears. . To not feel comfortable enough to go in and talk to your doctor is far most the worst thing ever in the medical field ..

Booked appointment for my daughters first eye exam we live by the area and they also take our insurance. When I called to book appointment front lady was very helpful day of appointment the two front lady's were very nice and friendly. The eye doctor was also great appointment was very quick and easy happy we found Preston eye center.

Dropped off my prescription, staffs very friendly especially Veronica she was extremely kind and helpful! Definitely I will be back when I need my glasses done in the future.

First time here. Very short wait time. The girl working today was really nice and helpful. The Dr is very nice and very honest! Really great experience. I am looking forward to coming back to my next appointment! I don't wear glasses and found out I don't need them so it was great. I would highly recommend this office for your eye needs.

Doctor is awesome but receptionists are not! Very sloppy and rude I came in to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready 2 weeks ago and know they are telling me it's still not ready when I had called prior me coming in saying it was ready and she just said "things happen"and not only that she had to call someone else because she didn't know were the glasses were I had to wait about an hour for her to re do it! I work at a dental clinic as a receptionist and that's not the way to communicate with your patients
