Moved to Dallas and 12 hours later was in the emergency room with an eye problem. Doctor did what she could and suggested I go to an Ophthalmologist. Repeat, I've lived in Dallas 12 hrs. She referred me to Dr Richard May. Called the next morning and explained the situation and was told to come right in. Feel very fortunate to have Dr May as my eye doctor. Things turned out good and I agree the office staff is great. Highly recommend Dr. May and his staff.

Seen Dr.May today and was extremely satisfied with the visit learnes I have a little bit more going on with my eye sight and his staff are awesome the ladies went above and beyond and out of there way to hwlp me try and find a specialist that took my insurance even though they were ynable to find a provider never had a doctor's office /staff do that I am very great full to have met them and appreciate all they did for me Thank you so very much I would recommend Dr.May and his staff to everyone. WOW, no reviews in a few years. I have been away for 5 years, but I assume Dr. May is still working? Regardless, I started seeing him in 1979 or 1980 and have gone annually ever since! He is cautious, polite, concerned and usually very thorough. I have complicated eyes and neurology, so it took me a number of years to explain to Dr. May what and how I see!!

This is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He listens well. Responds knowledgably and is very delicate working around the eyes. Great professional manners and a kind heart. His office staff is efficient and organized as well as pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone.

The doctor at this office has always been professional and helpful . However , the lady at the front staff was rude and disrespectful to my elderly parents . She slammed her little window on my parents face because my dad did not have a mask( he was not aware he needed one ) . I don't get how some ppl get on a high horse when they get a little power , in this case a clerical position ??!! That's is not how you treat your patients .
I hope she evaluates her attitude for the office sake .
