Dr. Bob and his team are exceptional. I've been with them for over 10 years and it's always a pleasant experience. They truly care about your eye health and take time to talk to you and explain all the tests. The frame selection is impeccable! I always find something cute and unique.

Dr. Bob has to be the best optometrist in Dallas! I've been a patient for many years, and my annual appointment is always a pleasure. His staff are incredibly kind and courteous, and he has the best "bedside manner." I especially appreciate that he thoroughly reviews my examination results with me, showing me each test and what he is observing in the results of each one. He clearly cares about his patients and is still as passionate about his work as he was on day one, and it shows!

I am very thankful to Dr. Consor and his staff. They are all very kind and professional. It took a little extra work to get me the perfect pair of progressive glasses, but they stayed with me, took all the necessary tests, and provided all the needed help. Special thanks to optician Lisa Rose.

Dr. Bob is absolutely the best. I have been going to him for over 7 years! When I first saw Dr. Bob he had to help save my eyes from damage due to improper contacts. He worked with me and helped rehab my eyes. He always takes the time to listen to any issues I might be having and he goes over in detail the results of any and all tests I have taken - so much so that he will even show me the difference between previous and current years. I have very sensitive eyes that can tell if there is a minute change to my prescription and each time Dr. Bob has taken his time to try and understand what I'm experiencing and has been able to find the change that was needed. I am a major contact wearer and Dr. Bob has helped me keep my eyes healthy and gives me crystal clear vision. Thank you Dr. Bob!

Dr. Consor is fantastic! He is kind and very knowledgeable. His staff is friendly and patient. They all made my appointment enjoyable, which is not a word generally used to describe a doctor's appointment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Consor and his staff.

To be honest I'm very skeptical about eye doctors and their customer service. But this place exceeded my expectations! This was a lovely group of women who were kind and laughed with me from the moment I walked through the door. The customer service was amazing! The choice selection of glasses were great and offers they halve made my experience even better. It's only been an hour and I have already have a few friends calling them to make appointments. Keep up with the great work!

I really like Dr. Consor, but unfortunately one member of his staff is completely incompetent and even had the audacity to argue with my insurance company about my coverage. She thinks she knows more than they do about my plan and coverage. She continued to insist that my yearly routine check-up was not covered by my insurance, but I verified it multiple times with my insurance company and that Dr. Consor is indeed in my network. Finally, I had UnitedHealth even call her!!! As I said, she had the audacity to tell my insurance company they were wrong. The insurance representative (after laughing) told me to go elsewhere since this mere staff person would not shut up with her arrogant know-nothing ramblings, and I would probably end up with more headache since she did not know how to do her job properly. Again, this is unfortunate because I like Dr. Consor, but I cannot and will not tolerate inept people, especially a meager staff person who cannot get her professional, nor people, skills in order. My suggestion, do not argue with the people who are paying you (i.e. my insurance company and myself). You just lost a patient, and have now received a poor review for your business. And I will most definitely never refer anyone to this office.
