I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's for over 30 years. I arrived for my appointment yesterday, only to be told by the long time receptionist that they would not accept my insurance. When I made the appointment the receptionist should have asked me if I had any changes to my insurance, like MOST DOCTOR'S OFFICES DO WHEN YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!!! This would have saved me an hour + drive to get there!!! And, by the way I offered to pay for my office visit and was told I could not do that!!!
