Dr. Nguyen is the best! I've been bringing my family here for over 15 years. He always gives us the best service and is very attentive to my whole family. We also had the pleasure of having Denise assist us with finding a pair of glasses for my daughter. She was very helpful and helped us find the perfect pair. Thank you all for helping us. We will always come back to see yall!

Had I known that it would be a very long wait, I would have scheduled earlier or later. Walked in and there was 1 person waiting. Girl at the front desk with the rose gold glasses was very helpful and quiet while the others chattered about lunch and their weight. Unfortunately for me, 40 minutes passed by and still haven't been called back. After about 25 minutes of waiting someone says they are backed up. It would be nice to know if they are backed up when signing in. That way you can be prepared to wait or have a choice of rescheduling. 43 minutes before getting called is absurd. After being checked by the First Lady in the small room here we are at 12:25 still waiting to see the eye doctor. An hour and 15 minutes after scheduled appointment I'm still here! I'm convinced that they just poorly managed their schedule today or one persons mishap messed it up for everyone else. I like the eye doctor, very knowledgeable. Their mission says "they take pride in delivering constant level of customer service". Take this as review to fix and do better.

Esther, in particular, was incredibly patient and helpful while I took my time picking out the right frames she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a friendly and professional eye care experience!

Had I known I was going to be scammed, I would have gone back to the Vision Center at Walmart. I was charged $90 for a free trial pair of contact lenses, which I later confirmed with my insurance company is fully covered under my policy. I even mentioned this during my follow-up appointment, but the technician who charged me completely disregarded what I said. At the time, I didn't question the charge because the staff member was insistent that the fee was correct. Unfortunately, that confidence turned out to be completely misplaced and misleading. It's disappointing to experience this kind of dishonesty from a business that presents itself as professional. I chose not to fill my prescription here, and I made sure to tell the three people I had originally referred not to come. This place lost my trust, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

After 28 years as a patient of Dr. Nguyen, our medical relationship has unfortunately come to an end. Dr. Nguyen is an outstanding optometrist, and his expertise has always been commendable. However, I have witnessed a dramatic decline in the efficiency and professionalism of his office staff. What was once a well-oiled machine providing top-tier customer service has deteriorated into a disorganized group that embodies incompetence at its highest level. From missed notifications about ready lenses to an inability to answer even the simplest questions, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail has become unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such a talented doctor surround his practice with inefficiency and carelessness. A great doctor deserves a staff that reflects his excellence, and unfortunately, that is no longer the case here.
