Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs!!! I went to this place because they have a big poster in the window advertising 2 pair of glasses for $79 plus a free eye exam. Don't believe it,it's just a hook to get you in the door!! In addition, the eye exam itself is done via a Zoom call with someone who identifies themselves as a doctor. After everything was finished I ended up paying $135 because they said my prescription didn't qualify for the $79 deal. Yet no where does it say anything about exclusions from the deal. They have a sign posted saying they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. So I went and got a second opinion on my eye exam because my presentation seemed off, sure enough the second doctor said the Stanton prescription was completely wrong. So I took my glasses back to Stanton to get a refund and they only refunded $56 of the $135 I paid stating that I had to call customer service to get a refund for the $79 eye exam that was supposed to be free. I called and spoke with a Supervisor named Cesar who insisted the eye exam was a service and therefore nonrefundable. So why did the sales associate at the store tell me to call leading me to believe that I would get a refund of the eye exam? And an even better question why are they charging for the eye exam if it's supposed to be free?

Had my first appointment at this location today - Valentine's Day 2026. The 2 ladies working were just great!!! Especially the young Hispanic girl. They were kind and friendly and knew what they were doing. She also got me the best price possible. I chose this place after having a HORRIBLE experience at America's Best and I'm so glad I tried this place. I definitely will be a return customer.

I had the best experience! Angelle got me the best deal! I just knew I was going to pay way more, however she got me all the way together.. They had a Labor Day sale! Marisol was helpful as well! Very thankful I chose this location , furthermore my husband a bad experience at another location.However I'm pleased with this one.

I had an amazing experience with Keshia Evans. Mrs.Evans went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of. She deserves more then 5 star's. She even went above the stars to give me the best deal that I deserve. This is now where I will go for all my eye care needs. I felt right at home. I appreciate everything that all did. I have waited a year to write this review, I wanted to make sure I my eye sight wasn't the issue. However I can say for certain this was the worst experience I've ever had with any eye doctor. Not only did they "diagnose me with an astigmatism" but they were completely incorrect. When I went back to tell them i couldn't use the new glasses, they told me it took time in order for my eyes to adjust. Conveniently they told me to wait a month but the return policy only is valid 30 days after you receive glasses. When I adamant about them re doing my exam they explained that the doctor was only there once every 2 weeks. Which led me to question, WHO GAVE ME MY EYE EXAM. I booked an appointment with the doctor this time and he did a much better job than the previous person who had checked me previously. He then told me that the previous person didn't get my new prescription correct. The lenses in the glasses I got here are the worst I've ever owned. Not sure if they manufacture them themselves or who makes the lenses (not to be confused with the frames). All in all I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They also took more than 2 weeks to get me my contacts.

Good day, I visited Stanton Optical a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new pair of glasses, and from the very beginning, the staff was friendly and helpful. When I returned for an adjustment, the experience truly reached another level. Keisha Evans, the General Manager, brought an infectious positivity and warmth that made a remarkable difference. Overall, I will definitely recommend Stanton Optical to my family and friends. Five stars all around! Julio Cruz

I had the most amazing experience at this location. I was running late to my appointment and found that my glasses were damaged by me accidentally sitting on them and the frame was crooked. I didn't know what kind of hassle that I would have and trying to get new glasses, however, the employee by the name of Edgar was there who was able to assist with getting new frames with little to no cost at all and was able to help me get back on the road successfully with nice new frames for my lenses and I just am grateful. Every time I've gone into that location the customer service with all of the employees there are phenomenal. Thank you Edgar for everything that you have done to help me!

Marisol was very sweet and helpful. I had to come in to get my glasses tightened and she made sure I was take care of properly as well as double checking the fit before I left.
