I went here for the first time ever and I had an amazing experience! Moving forward I will ask for Misty, she was 10|10. From the time I came in til the time I left! Misty was very nice and sweet, she had someone in prior to me coming in and still greeted me and made me feel welcomed, my appointment was very swift and professional. She was very knowledgeable about everything and was able to communicate exactly what was going on and I appreciated that. I let her know I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and she was able to also recommend me frames that would be a better fit for my prescription. I recommend going to see Misty if you come to this location!
This was our first time visiting Stanton Optical and we had such a great experience. Misty & Clarance were so helpful and patient, ensuring that my son's needs were met. Extremely professional, affordable, AND CLEAN, with an array of frames to choose from. We'll definitely be back and make this our regular eye doctor!

My son was able to pick up one of his glasses early, and Lesly assisted us with the transaction. The store was 30 minutes from closing and she didn't try to rush us or anything. She engaged in friendly and professional conversation, and ensured my son was satisfied before we left!
I scheduled online for an exam and an eyeglass prescription. The scheduling process was very easy, and the in-person and remote exam was quick and efficient. I was assisted by Lesley in-store who went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She assisted me along with three other clients simultaneously, and I never felt missed or overlooked. She was able to resolve my appointment and get me the exact frames I wanted for my (very high) prescription. Lesley was an absolute delight to work with and her customer service is unmatched. Thank you very much for all of your help!

I was contacted by the store manager Chester, while at work, and he addressed the matter promptly and professionally, ensuring it was resolved appropriately. I would like to express my appreciation for the follow-up and for the level of hospitality shown. From a customer's perspective, this type of attentiveness reinforces trust and loyalty. I value the service provided and will gladly continue my patronage, as I have for many years. Thank you again for your professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Been here dam near 2 hours and the service suck, I brought up the time and was told it's a process but that's common sense, it's called keeping the clients updated. I sat there without any feedback, until I spoke up. If you are that occupied just inform people and not let them sit looking stupid. Do better, I'm taking my business elsewhere where I'm treated with respect.
I'd like to share my disappointing experience at Staton Optical, located at 6471 E NW Hwy #130, Dallas, TX 75231.
I visited this location after seeing a promotion advertised as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" on progressive lenses. I brought in my own frames and paid over $500 for what I believed was a great deal. A few weeks later, I returned to pick up my glasses. While the first pair was correct, I noticed that the second pair was single-vision, not progressive as promised.
When I returned to the store to address this issue, I was told there had been a "glitch in the system" and that I would need to pay more to receive the second pair as progressive lenses. The staff and manager refused to take responsibility for the mistake, repeatedly stating they had "tried to help," even though the error was clearly not mine.
After expressing my frustration, I was offered only a partial refund, not even half of what I paid, with the explanation that the purchase was part of a promotion.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing due to misleading promotions, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I came in on NYE and the store was super busy. Lesley took her time to help me with getting progressive glasses for the first time. She still acknowledged everyone in the store while providing amazing customer service!
My daughter went in to get glasses never really spoke to a Dr. Got none of her questions answered. There is a deal on line for 2 pairs of glasses with antiglare for $79 dollars and she ended up being taken for over $400.
Service was fine, but I drove up here to beat the weather and pick up my new glasses, only to have them close 15 minutes early on me and refuse me at the door at 6:45. I get that we're all trying to prepare for a frosty frozen weekend but closing early when your hours very clearly states you are open till seven not OK. I wouldn't have wasted my time.
