Steve N. Nguyen, OD

I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Nguyen since 2007, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has provided exceptional care to three generations of my family--including my fiance. Dr. Nguyen's expertise is truly unmatched. When my fiance visited him for the first time, all he had to do was mention how old he was when his eye issues started, and Dr. Nguyen immediately understood his entire history without needing further details. That level of knowledge and experience is rare. My fiance once tried a different eye doctor and regretted it--there's simply no comparison. Even though I no longer live in Dallas, I made sure to book an appointment with Dr. Nguyen during my recent visit home to see family. That's how much I trust him with my eye care. He is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about his patients, making every visit a comfortable and reassuring experience. I had went to get my sunglasses turned into my regular eye glasses and they told me it takes 7-10 business day. It's been about that time so I called in to check in on things. I was on hold for 20mims, turns out my glasses came in the day before and they had to send them back due to wrong prescription being done on them. I understand mistakes happen, but not to get a call back about what was the status and update on my glasses was just upsetting and also the long hold as well. I am starting to really wish I had took my business else where.

Office workers and techs were so disorganized, they gave us someone else's prescription which I'm pretty sure it's a violation of HIPAA. And charged us for a test that was not even wanted . Consent forms were so light they were barely visible. Tried to straighten things out with the office manager Lucy and she was just as rude and unhelpful as the staff. Horrible experience and now my granddaughter still doesn't have glasses. Smh

Lucy is one of the best she took her time out to help me figure out my insurance problem! Thankyou ma'am. I was stressing trying get my daughter her glasses and she helped me out!

Stop by to get the mama's glasses adjusted, and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Excellent staff, very friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended!
