Honestly one of the best doctor appointments I've had. Dr. Chin and his entire staff were amazing. Very friendly, great personality, accommodating plus a very nice office. This was my first eye exam and it was very detailed. I really wasn't sure what to expect and how much goes into it. He explained everything very thoroughly about what was going on with my eyes and gave me a few options so I could decide what I wanted to do, no pressure whatsoever. Also a very easy process to pick out the frames and purchase everything on site. Will definitely be back to see Dr. Chin and his staff for all of my future eye care needs.

Dr Chin explains things very clearly and was very insightful with little tips and tricks. He was also exceptionally patient and respectful with my very wiggly child. Additionally, I was impressed with his attentive staff. Everyone was very kind, receptive, and knowledgeable in their role.

I've worn glasses since childhood, and this was one of the most thorough and helpful eye exams I've had -- Dr. Chin was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and actually built trial lenses so I could experience and compare prescriptions in real time. That approach made it much easier to understand what I was seeing and choose what worked best. They were on time, used modern imaging technology (no dilation needed), and I ended up buying glasses because their frame selection was excellent.
