Dr. Chapman and his amazing team are the best! They treat you like family the moment you walk in. You can tell they truly care about their patients and love what they do. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chapman is so knowledgeable and kind. I'm grateful to have found such a great optometry office!

I decided to get my last eye exam at Today's Vision rather than where I usually get one because of the close proximity to my home. I was not unhappy with the exam but was pressured to buy my frames and lenses from them. I did not do so, and when I took my prescription to buy frames and lenses from another vendor, I was told they could not fill the order because my prescription did not include Pupillary Distance (PD) information. I called the office this morning to ask if they could check my records and provide that to me. I was told that they do not include PD in their eye exams unless you buy your frames from them. I will not be going back or recommending any one else. Find someplace else.

I recently went in wanting to repair some old sunglasses I had and came across todays vision on mockingbird, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Leslie, she was so sweet and welcoming and repaired my favorite sunglasses. Next time I need an eye exam I will definitely be coming back here!!!

I've been a patient since the beginning almost and have always loved Dr Chapman. Unfortunately when an emergency comes up, you get treated like you are a first time client. Very disappointing and something to keep in mind when looking for a provider.

I had a great experience at my recent eye appointment. The staff and doctor were both helpful and friendly, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. Vanessa was especially great in helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for professional and friendly service.

I stopped by Today's Vision because I was driving around looking for someone to repair my favorite sunglasses that my child had stepped on and bent both the arms at the hinges. I popped in and was instantly greeted by a friendly face. I told her about my situation and asked if she could help. She kindly told me she could but that she would need a waiver signed in case something happened while she was working on them. I gladly signed and she quickly went to work. She straightened them out PERFECTLY, and even tightened the hinges (maybe replaced a screw). They fit and feel like they are brand new. I didn't catch her name, but she was beyond helpful and accommodating. I wanted to pay for the service, but she refused to charge me anything for it. The business itself was a great looking eye glasses shop. Great selection of frames, and pretty much all were recognizable brands to me. They even had a case full of frames by a brand called Shwood. They were really badass glasses. Next time I need an eye exam or glasses, I'm heading straight to this location!!

I've been a patient here for two years and have always appreciated the care provided by the doctors. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning. During my appointment earlier this week, I was given a 5-pack of my new prescription contacts. When I inquired about when my full shipment would arrive, I was reassured they would be in by Friday, as I would be leaving town on Saturday for several days. However, when I realized the shipment had not been sent on time, I contacted the office to request an additional sample pack to ensure I would have enough contacts for my trip. My request was denied, even after I explained the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward. It's a shame, as I truly enjoyed the doctors here.

Today's Vision is a gem in Dallas! I have VSP insurance and found Today's Vision as a practice that is in network with my insurance. When I walked in, the practice was clean and well lit, and I was greeted and promptly taken care of by the friendly front desk. I saw Dr. Chapman and he is the warmest and most personable optometrist I've ever met! He had excellent 'bedside manner' and made me feel at ease and comfortable, as if we'd known each other forever. After the exam I paid my copay and was out the door. I'll be coming back to get my frames here soon.
