Dr Tran and his staff are amazing, he is not only knowledgeable but very high spirited. You will leave his office feeling, positive amazing and beautiful. love the detailed care to my eyes. Also the time he takes with you is very important and appreciated.

Dr. Tran is a genuinely nice guy who really cares about both you and your eye health and has an amazing memory. I've been visiting him yearly for more than a decade and he always suggests some way to improve my vision while at the same time somehow remembering things we talked about on the last visit. He always has time to answer your questions, explain things thoroughly and you never feel rushed. I wish all doctors treated you like Dr. Tran.

I have been going to Dr. Tran for over 11 years. He always takes his time to listen and takes my concerns seriously. I also appreciate his knowledge and experience. He is always on top of the latest technology and treatments. Would highly recommended! Staff is always friendly and responsive when I leave voicemails or email them. When I have an emergency they have always been flexible with seeing me last minute.

My old optometrist retired, so I went to see Dr. Tran at TransVision (Midway and Frankford in Dallas) at the recommendation of a neighbor on Nextdoor. I couldn't be more pleased. He was very professional, very interested, and very easy to talk to. It's great to be able to find a doctor whom you trust and whom you're looking forward to seeing again.

My family and I have been seeing Transvision Eye in Carrollton off Midway for over 10 years, and the experience has always been excellent. The doctor truly cares about their patients' eye health, takes time to explain everything, and never makes us feel rushed. The staff is friendly, professional, and the office is always clean and organized. It's rare to find that level of consistency and care these days, but they deliver it every single visit. Best eye doctor we've ever had - highly recommend!

I've never had such an unprofessional experience from a medical professional. This place walks right up the line of being a scam without actually crossing it. The are willing to cross over federal guidelines however. The FTC's Eyeglass Rule and Contact Lens Rule states that eye care providers are legally required to provide you with your prescription immediately after an exam, whether you ask for it or not. It is my suspicion that their business model relies on making it difficult for patients to take their business elsewhere, which is a direct contradiction of these federal protections. The office failed to provide a copy of the prescription at the end of the exam. I had to specifically demand it days after the exam. On top of that my prescription had to be sent back and corrected three separate times due to inaccuracies. None of the three versions of the prescription included a Pupillary Distance (PD) measurement. They offered zero variety regarding contact lenses, framing expensive ACUVUE dailies as the only available option. It felt less like a medical recommendation and more like an attempt to push high-margin products. The receptionist was passive-aggressive. When I tried to ask basic questions about who was actually writing the prescriptions, I was told they "didn't have time" to discuss it. It's wild to me that an eye care provider thinks they don't have time to talk to a patient about their own medical care. When I brought these concerns to Tran I was completely stonewalled. They acted as if these legitimate grievances were non-issues. Honestly, do yourself a favor and just go to Costco or order online. You'll save a ton of money and actually get treated like a human being.

Dr Tran remembered my visit from back in July. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Diagnostic tests were done and I was happy to get the information and the prescription easily. He listened to my concerns and responded to them. I made sure before the visit that they would take my insurance

You can't get any better than Dr. Tran. He and his staff are very dedicated and kind. Dr. Tran educates me, give me ample samples, does extensive tests that other DO's don't, he takes a wide arrange of insurance policies. Dr. Tran is a "real" perosn, he works his personal life ina healthy way, and this shows in his care, tolerance, education and the changes I see through the years. I have been seeing Dr. Tran for over 10 years. it is a little drive form me now, but always worth it.
