Dr. Vuong is awesome! He answers all questions and appointments are never rushed. The staff is very friendly and polite! Highly recommend

They don't answer the phone. It says select 2 to speak to the front desk. After you select 2 it tells you their hours of operation. You literally can't get anyone to answer.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited Dr. Vhong's office back in 2023 when he was next door to a Pearl Vision. My most recent visit in April of 2025 was less than stellar. My appointment was for 11am and I arrived at 10:45am. I presented my insurance card and was told to have seat. I waited for 30 minutes and then another patient came and was see before me at 11:20am. No one was with the doctor and I couldn't understand why I hadn't been seen. I spoke up about my concerns but I wasn't given an explanation. Instead I was asked to pay my copay. My interaction with the customer service staff was rushed and insincere. When Dr. Vuong finally saw me at 11:45 ( an hr after my arrival) his bedside manner had deteriorated from when I last saw him. He frowned and seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. I prefer to be asked if I'd like my eyes to be dilated. But I was not asked nor offered that service. My eye exam just seemed rushed and incomplete. I will not return to his office and will take my business elsewhere. Consistent customer service is essential to retain patients.

I was disappointed to get there on time and wait and never be told that Dr Vuong was not working. I got told of text messages reminding my if my appointment in felt as a courtesy I could have at minimum been told that he was not there when I checked in. I've been a client is Dr. Vuong for over 15 years so I kindly rescheduled my appointment. But it was still a waste of time. I was also annoyed to be told that clinic is appointment only, by to get there and watch them expert walk ins, and a patient came in after me and apologized for being 20 minutes late, yet he was called back before me. Which I guess in hindsight was fine because that's how I discovered Dr. Vuong was not there today.

Dr. Vuong has an excellent chairside manner and is patient and informative with his patients. He has been my provider for a few years. However, I visited Walmart Supercenter this year for my eye appointment in a cramped and muggy space. The staff was professional and appropriate, but the office space was horrible. I wish the team well.

Dr. Vuong is Awesome! The lady at the front desk needs to be fired for having such a bad attitude and customer service. She doesn't listen and over- talked when handling issues. Didn't like her at all. I also told her that I was there for glasses and she still wrote contactsdown on the paper.

I am So Thankful for Dr.Vuong for letting me know about my eyes and letting me know about the right glasses to help me see better day and night sometimes it was hard to see at night. And. Mis c at the front desk was very nice and the other young lady that helped me to look into the machines for the Exam was very patient and kind I like to Thank everyone for their Kindness.

Dr. Vuong is amazing. He continues to have great bedside manner or should I say chair side manner. He delivers great care with extreme detail. He listens to you and never rushes your care, even if he has an office full of patients. He's a great Optometrist and my plan is to have him as my provider until he retires. I highly recommend Dr. Vuong!
