Appt was well before lunchtime. Dr. was impatient. I felt dismissed and rushed as I took time to consider my answer to his question. I wanted to digest and understand my eye exam results and they seemed most concerned with getting the payment and saying bye. Was in and out fast but that isn't what I'm looking for in a doctor visit

Went to Dr Phan cause its him and Stanton Optical close to me. So happy I did. He's a classic, old school, eye doctor who actually cares about you. You know the routine; E, K, L, R, better, worse, and then they slap some contacts in your eye or give you three frames to pick from in your budget range. Dr Phan didn't do any of that. He even re-examined my eyes after putting the contacts in! Never had that happen before! Usually I find their hand already on my wallet while I'm still deciding. Do yourself and your family a favor and go there. Your eyes and bank account will thank me.

Doctor left at 4:45 pm even though office says they close at 5:30pm. I was 3-4 minutes late to my appointment bc I was coming from work and received no phone call to let me know that the dr needed me in exactly at the time of my appt or he was going to leave. Receptionist called me earlier to confirm my appt and did not mention this. All of the offices I've been to have had a 5-10 even a 15 minute grace period and if this office had a zero late tolerance that should be stated when making the appointment. Do not recommend. What was he going to do, complete my exam in 1 minute?? So disappointed

Great service. Was in and out in less than 30 min. The receptionist was super sweet on the phone and in person. Doc was great and very chill. Would def recommend!

I took my son there yesterday for a contact lens exam. At the end of the visit, he was given a pair of contact lenses and saline solution. he wasn't even shown how to put them on. I was assuming they would show him how to use them. He had a horrible time trying to put them in. How are you going to give someone a product, and not show them how to use it. My son felt like the optometrist rushed the exam. This was a waste of time. We will not come back to this office .

This is the first time I have received such extensive and careful care from an optometrist. Dr. Phan made sure that he gave me the best assistance to my needs as a patient from the smallest of questions to saving me money when choosing contacts. I am absolutely delighted and pleased with the service!
