I had the BEST experience here. I have a challenging prescription and a really hard time with eye doctors. The doctor was extremely thorough and precise. She didn't let me leave without the most accurate and comfortable prescription possible (unlike other doctors in the area)! She was knowledgeable, gentle, and encouraging throughout the entire process! I will for sure be going back!!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ponder and her entire wonderful staff. Dr Ponder is thorough, precise, and engaging. Somehow she magically balances answering all questions and spending time with patients with never keeping a patient waiting beyond their scheduled appointment time. The long term staff are friendly and quick to resolve any questions. There is not a better optometrist office in Dallas, period.
