I was leary about going to this location based on some of the negative reviews. I took a chance because I knew they would probably have a great selection of frames. I don't know what others may have experienced. Whatever iit was must have been corrected because my experience was great. I fell in love with Dr. Bertrand and the excellent service she provided at the eye care office next door. I also received outstanding cutstomer service at the Visionworks Center from Alison and Nelly.

Good service in the store and they have state-of-the-art equipment. But I have two complaints; the first is that the first contact lenses they made me were very uncomfortable and of poor quality, I went and they changed them. And the second and most important, a little over a week ago I was in another store to make me some glasses with a frame, I called this site since they had the results of my exam last year and I needed it to make the new lenses, I called twice and they told me they were about to send them. I waited an hour and had to take the exam again since they never sent anything. I spent $70 and lost a lot of time because of that.

Truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had, I went there for an eye glass repair. After fiddling with my glasses for more than an hour and me continually saying, "If they can't fix it, I'll take it somewhere else," they broke my glasses, then said they didn't, and they came like that. After going back and forth with the manager, Maria, for over a month, who is so incredibly unprofessional, I received 75% off. Maria would not just order the glasses to my house or have it prepaid, so when I came to pick up my new glasses, which she never told me when they came, they proceeded to charge me wrong and then fight over the fact that they can't do math and overcharged me. Just go anywhere else.

The staff workers are horrible!!!!! Nelly had an attitude when we came in like always. Same thing last year and I decided to give another try. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I even made conversation to lighten the mood....... Epic fail. Slow on putting in RX, very condescending! My daughter needed her glasses tightened what only takes a brief second and was told to leave them there. When I say they will NEVR GET MY BLACK BUSNESS AGAIN I MEAN IT! They make you feel like you're out of place in there and I just don't like it.

I was there with a friend it ordered new lenses. They asked us to wait to be attended too. There were three employees. One was busy the other two were not. A new customer came in and they gave priority to that person. Left us sitting and waiting. No customer service and concern they asked us if we had any questions as we left the store. Never go there again. To be treated as a second class citizen, NO WAY, Never Again!!!
