The whole process was great all the way around starting with the optometrist Dr. Harper and her staff were a great start. Ms. Laretha vision works employee was great very kind patient, very knowledgeable helped me make great choices on how to use my insurance to get the best glasses to fit my lifestyle. Visit was very pleasant stress free. Thank you guys.

Are owners deleting reviews? This was the worst glasses experience I've ever had. I don't have the time to write 3 paragraphs why, so take some shortened notes:
- Store is locked, has to be unlocked, during business hours, by someone who is not busy. This seems a little absurd.
- Store is extremely warm/muggy/gross
- Store stinks like a dog pound, I genuinely don't know how this is possible, other than the woman working there and her lunch, maybe. (Use a break room?)
- Older woman that has "been working here 25 years," was horrific at her job and bent my glasses the wrong direction 6+ times trying to adjust them - making them worse than before.
- older woman was incredibly rude, tonal, slow, etc.
GENUINELY why would you come here? We came at a midday weekday time, for the record. Foul.

Don't go here they will make you wait forever on the phone to set up an appointment while you're there they will talk you out of what you specifically want so they can get more out of you and then they will also make you do multiple eye exams for contacts. Just go to Costco. They're better and have better service.

I have only visited one other Visionworks Store, but in both stores I have done business in, I have been treated with the same level of professionalism, caring, friendliness, and knowledge. The Store I use now is smaller in size than the one prior, and the Staff remember me; it makes me feel like I'm doing business with family. This kind of customer care has instilled a trust I have in doing business with Visionworks. My orders have always been correct and the quality of the 'end product ' has been long-lasting.
