I had an outstanding experience at the Vision Center in Walmart Store #5147, and it was entirely because of Dayla. The glasses were for my daughter, and from the moment we walked in, Dayla was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to truly listen to our wants and needs without ever making us feel rushed or pressured into buying anything extra.
This experience was far better than what we had at Go To Optical, where we felt pushed into unnecessary add-ons. Dayla was the complete opposite--honest, transparent, and focused on what was actually best for my daughter. She made the process comfortable, especially for a parent making decisions for their child.
Her professionalism, knowledge, and care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Employees like Dayla are a huge asset to Walmart. She absolutely deserves recognition--and a raise--for her exceptional customer service.

The most amazing, humanitarian, community based vision center I have ever been to of all the Walmarts and doctors offices in local Dallas and central Austin. Sadie and her team, specifically Brenda and Dahlia, touched me deeply and provided more service than just lenses and frames. Go here for quality, genuine care and service for your eyes and spirit!

My daughter went to pick up her contact lenses and Sadalia which is the manager at the vision center was super rude....i heard her conversation with the other employees there and she was also rude to them.. she took my daughters order over the phone and she was telling her employees "whoever took this order i will be having a long conversation with them.... Long story short she don't charge my daughter, then then wants to yell at her employees because they didn't make a note in the computer that she needed to pay.. I guess she looked at her notes and realized she was the one that made the mistake... but why yell at her employees and even telling one of them to mind her own business.. never have I experienced anything like that and I been going to that vison center for over 15 years... sandalia doesn't have good customer service..
