Walmart Vision & Glasses

Ms. Nancy was wonderful in providing us with thorough assistance when I took my student to get glasses here. She explained all of our different options and was incredibly patient. Thank you so much!

Mr. Gonzalo was an amazing help for me! I am new to Dallas and had to get new glasses with my prescription from Louisiana and he made the transition quick, easy and simple! Definitely Recommend this vision clinic!

I was helped by a very polite, informative and caring employee by the name of La-Shun. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED! She took pride in her work. She showed me how a customer should be treated. With an employee like her, I wouldn't think twice about returning and doing business with Walmart. I feel as though her managers should be PROUD to have an employee like La-Shun. I feel as though management should be proud of La-Shun because she went above and beyond. I wish that Walmart could clone her so that EVERY employee could treat customers the way that I was treated. You guys definitely have a winner on your hands. Kudos to La-Shun and Walmart!!!

I want to thank Ms. Nancy Murphy for assisting me and my husband today. We went to a total of four different Walmarts trying to find glasses for our seven-year-old son and in less than 15 minutes of walking into the Vision center where Miss Nancy is she got us taken care of. Thank you so much for your patience and your diligence with helping us find the right frames for our son. You're truly amazing!!!

This is the worst vision care center that I've ever been to in my entire life. I had to wait for a month to get my contacts due to their unprofessionalism, gross incompetence, and very poor customer service. They took over a week just to order the contacts in the first place, and that was only after I called the eye doctor and asked him to step in, and he MADE them place the order. They don't answer their phones. When the contacts finally showed up a month later (after I asked the eye doctor to step in again and he followed up with the company after Walmart Vision told me for 3 weeks straight that there was nothing they could do) I came in to pick them up. I was completely ignored for the first 20 minutes (there was only 1 other customer there with 3 sales associates), and then when they finally did acknowledge my presence I was greeted with rolled eyes and heavy attitude. The only reason why I used this Walmart Vision Care Center in the first place was based on the eye care doctor's recommendation. Dr Tri Vuong is phenomenal - I have followed him from office to office for 5 years now just because he is so incredibly knowledgeable, one of the best eye doctors I've been to... and that's saying a lot as I've been dealing with eye doctors for 45 years. However. Walmart Vision Care is horrendous. I will NEVER come back here. One of the worst customer experiences of my entire life. I highly recommend Dr Vuong as an eye doctor, but go elsewhere to get your lenses.

My advisor was LaShun and she was great!! My glasses came back earlier than expected which was a plus. I will be coming back for my next pair at Walmart. Also all the staff was friendly which was nice to see.
