I stopped by Warby Parker at Northpark today to get my glasses adjusted. It was a a Saturday so it was super busy! When I got to the store I was promptly greeted by a kind lady (I didn't get her name) and she put me on the waitlist as there were lots of people there. I only waited about 10 minutes and was then assisted by Leo! He was awesome and so kind and helpful, taking the time to adjust my frames to my liking. I always get great customer service at all the Warby locations I've been to and this experience is was just as amazing even though it's in a very crowded mall and I'm sure the staff can get overwhelmed at times! Y'all are amazing!
