Horrible vist, went back for contact lens exam and the Doctor was rude and impatient with a 17 year old first time contact lens wearer who was a bit nervous. She ruined the visit as the doctor was rude, impatient, condescending and inconsiderate. When asked about checking the prior prescription for glasses as the kid was having some concerns the doctor said that "if he cant see the letters then he can't read" very unprofessional, off putting with a nasty attitude. She refused to take another look. We only wanted to ensure that the glasses prescription is what he needed and to see about getting contact lens. If you want to be respected, considered, and taken care as if you matter do NOT book here. If its ulyour first time wearing contact lense they charge and extra $25.00 to "teach" you but the doctor is not a teacher and just wanted to jab the contact lense in the eye, some one more kind, professional, and considerate should handle this portion instead......ZERO STARS....DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Other than confusing which spot I should enter (was sitting on the storefront side where the glasses are, thinking the examination rooms were in the back), great experience. Dr. Joe was welcoming and efficient, as well as the front desk receptionist. I haven't been to the eye doc in a long time, because it's normally a hassle, so I'm so happy I switched to Dr. Joe. Just be sure to walk beyond the storefront to the other side, and you'll find the entrance to her office there.

We were walk ins and we were seen quickly during the busiest time of the year for health professionals. The Dr was very polite and introduced herself with a handshake. We were in and out of there in about 30 mins. Great experience.

The service provided by the Dr is good. The office seems adequately staffed but they never answer the phone. Also, they should post their hours on Google. The hours don't seem to be posted anywhere. One of the receptionists said they have different hours than the mall
