Zuha Rafi, OD

Zuha Rafi is excellent and the staff is so helpful. My insurance recently changed and Fatima was incredibly patient and helpful. She explained everything and helped me order contact lenses for my daughter over the phone.

Dr. Rafi was great in fitting me with contacts. I've always had a hard time trying to find the correct prescription and brand but she took her time in giving me the best she could. The contact lenses I tried on at the exam were amazing so I definitely will come see her yearly!

Dr. Rafi is phenomenal. She was easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have sensitive eyes and was worried I couldn't wear contacts (after trying a ton of different brands) but, she was able to find a great solution for me!

This was the most efficient eye doctor visit I have had. Starting from my insurance being verified to my doctor being thorough on my exam. Dr. Rafi was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns regarding my eyes. This was the most helpful visit I've had and was very pleased with the services I received. Highly recommend Dr. rafi and her office!

Does not listen to patients. Told her I had not worn an astigmatism contact for YEARS because each optometrist I've visited over the years has not placed me in one because they said it wasn't necessary. She insisted that I misheard them. I misheard each optometrist I've visited? I'm not deaf and can comprehend well, so that is highly unlikely. I then told her I didn't like a specific brand because they were uncomfortable and I didn't see better with them, but she just had to put me in them anyway. I had so much trouble with my prescription that I hadn't had in years because she didn't listen and thinks she knows so much more about the patient than the patient knows about himself/herself.

Excellent service, able to get me in same day I called. Long time patient.

Today I saw the legendary Zuha Rafi at the MyEyeDr clinic just off of Belt Line rd. It was a great experience. Very good optometrist bedside manner. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Trey Gomez was also extremely helpful in selecting the right pair of glasses that would fit my face and Veronica made the entire process of checking my eye health actually really pleasurable. I'm serious. The entire process was an absolute breeze from beginning to end. Thank you team!
