The most awesome staff! They always invest in their patients. The front staff always remembers personal details about my life and family and what I've been up to even when it has been ages since I've been in. It's nice because they treat us all like family!

Staying here in Deer park temporarily and I managed to bend my only pair of 24/7 glasses to unwearable.
Looked up somewhere to get them fixed and this was the only one open near here, but they were 5 minutes to closed.
Got there last minute and the sweetest lady in the world got back out all the things to fix my glasses and saved me big time.
I offered to compensate her for her time as it was past closing at this point, but she said not to worry.

As the other people have stated, the receptionist is beyond rude. And they are unable to keep accurate records so you are guaranteed to have problems with billing and insurance. She should have been fired a long time ago. Her attitude toward customers is despicable. Choose this place at your own peril.

So sorry that you think I am rude. Sorry we can not do insurance fraud for any patient and let someone else use your insurance money . We did offer u a refund to your insurance coverage company after 9 months that u decided you didn't want contacts u ordered and wanted to purchase contacts for a prescription that expired for your daughter. Yes may be rude but legal all the way

For anyone who is reading those other reviews down below about a "rude receptionist", don't be fooled. They were probably written by someone who thinks they can disrespect southern women (big mistake) without getting talked back to. Deer Park Vision Center is by far the best in town, and the staff will always treat you right.

Horrible customer service! The front desk lady is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. How this place is running a business I am not sure! This has to be looked at by the Mangement and Improve their customer service! The ladies work here they literally yell at the people!

Deer Park vision center goes above and beyond being helpful. They work you in even if it's Friday when you don't have an appointment. If you don't have time to wait then that is your fault not theirs. I have been a customer for over 20 years and no matter what I need they take care of it. Some patients are just rude get a life.
