Love the Dr. and her staff...Very professional and the office beautiful. Wonderful bedside manners

Recently moved to Texas from Florida and had to begin the search for my new medical team. My first experience here was excellent. Everyone from the front desk to and including the doctor was a positive experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend this practice

The staff is very friendly and inviting! They take their time with your visit. No rushing you through the exam. They listen to your vision concerns and address them. Would highly recommend!

What a warm, friendly, welcoming place. I very much enjoyed my visit and the way everyone explained everything to me! The only thing I'd suggest is allowing your text message system to let us let you know we are coming to our appointment instead of just relying on calling. I can't always come to the phone or hear it ring, so a text message system to allow me to get to it when I can is preferable to only having the opportunity when I get a call. I only know it exists because other places use it and it's better overall for people who can't answer the phone right then to be able to do it later via text instead. But the visit itself? Chef's kiss. I hadn't been in a while so all the new ways to do things were interesting (and welcome! Goodbye eye puff test!!) less invasive and took less time overall. Very nice. The doctor is sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. The staff are wonderful and personable. Absolutely recommend. -Signed, and old lady who stepped on her glasses and was forced to come in because she needed new ones. She just might come more often now due to how much she loved her experience. ;o)

I loved Dr. Lamb and have also been impressed with Dr. Zhou and her staff. They work with you schedule-wise and help you understand your insurance benefits (or lack thereof.) You get what you pay for. If you want good products, a guarantee on materials, and good customer service, then you'll pay a little more.

Everyone was very attentive to my care. Also, respectfully and personable and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and spacious.
