I went in for a comprehensive eye exam and was very pleased with the service. Gabriel was extremely professional and nice. He made sure to vocalize what he was doing, and why, which felt relieving from a patients perspective. Dr. Patel was also very informative and answered our concerns with ease and clarity. The lady at the counter along with the lady that helped with the lenses were friendly and helpful as well. I left with no doubts and I look forward to being examined again in the future.

I had been having a hard time trying to find an eye doctor for my three children. No matter where I called they would not give me an appointment within a reasonable time frame. FIRST TIME I called Galo Eye Care and spoke with Michelle it was so easy to get my kids in. Nothing but ease through the entire process and mind you we are new to Galo Eye Care. We will NEVER go anywhere else. Gabriel was so sweet and comforting and answered all my "Mom questions" so politely and thoroughly. Like, I litterly felt like I was talking to a friend. Then we see Dr. Patel and he's so amazing too. My son was measured for his glasses and even that process was quick and easy with Karina, amazing help as well and no pressure at all, if you're a single Mom like I am, you understand. No problems at all, Michelle got my kids in within the week. They do not know this but my father passed away in 2023 and it was devastating to us all, because of that I fell behind on their appointments and Gabriel comforted me instead of making me feel bad like our previous eye doctor did. Today is actually his birthday, Sept. 16, which makes it even easier to write about our experience because I'm very grateful. Thank you all so much. You all made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. You will not be disappointed if you walk through their doors.

My husband and I were seen almost as soon as we checked in to our appointments. Dr. Hiten Patel was very thorough, attentive to our care and explained our test results. The new building is beautiful! All the staff, Gabriel, Steffani, Karla and the front desk staff were amazing, very friendly & walked you through every step. We had a wonderful, positive experience. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

It was time to get new glasses, so I went to Galo. I had written down the appt time wrong so I was 20 minutes late. The crew did a good job of fitting me in. The prelim eye exam went quick and the doctor's exam was painless and thorough. The people there are so nice and efficient. The doctor is very nice and she puts you at ease. I also got my lens and glasses there. Overall, this was a good experience and I'd highly recommend Galo for all your needs.
