I enjoyed my visit. I had an 11:00 appt. and we started right at 11:00. They did not try to oversell. In fact, my vision was 20/25 and the doc said there was no sense in buying glasses for that but my job requires 20/20 corrected so I did get a pair but the point is they were not pushing "The Sale". The lady that fitted me did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of different frames and how they would fit my face. Things I had never thought of. So yeah, good visit and I will be back!

Reading mixed reviews that confirm much of Del Rio's substandard healthcare services. Knowing all this, I rolled the dice and tried calling to see if they had an opening for e friend of mine that needed ophthalmology help. Called 4 times and let it ring until the system timed out. If there was the option for 1/2 star...they would've earned it

Came here for an appointment for my mom. Got there 15 min early didn't get called back until the actual time. Ok no big deal as long as we get seen is what I was thinking. My mom was then sat in the exam chair, then told to get up and wait again, they then help another guy who came in after us.. ok no big deal again whatever, maybe he was urgent idk. Now it's 30 min past the actual appointment time, the guy finally left. So I assumed it was my moms turn, nope lady comes up and is like it's gonna be another "few" minutes because I have to see another patient first... mind you this other patient came in AFTER us and after the first guy! I was like ok well then we'll leave. Lady changes her mind ok no don't leave never mind we'll see her now. .... ?! Ok so why make us wait then change your mind when we say we're leaving. We ended up leaving. I don't get businesses like this honestly we're all paying customers, we make appointments for a reason so why take us out of order? Also some guy kept waking in and out of the building, her husband maybe? No mask coughing up a storm in the back room, gross.

If I could give just comment with out giving it a star I would but you have to give a star. My family and I where waiting in our truck to get test for covid at the urgent care and happened that they were testing in the back so we parked on the side of here business and rudely came up to our vehicle and ask what we were doing there so I told her we were having a party while we waited to get test for covid lol keep being rude so I told her we were not going to move because 1st she didn't have a no parking sign unless your a patient 2nd there was no patient there we sat there for 130 minutes and no one came to her business wonder if them being rude has to do something with it or the place looking abandon and dirty.

Absolutely lovely people! They always go the extra mile for me, even to the point of making me a custom lens for my Knoblock shooting glasses. I would not go anywhere else.

Super helpful and attentive staff. They went the extra mile to help my husband and it was so appreciated.
