The Ladies in the front office at this location are awesome. Specifically, Brooke, Chao and Marci. They helped me navigate a problem with my insurance, were knowledgeable, patient and kind. The eye exam was quick, with real people. I'm about to find out how good they were when I get my glasses! The customer service at this place is spot on. And they had cute frames at reasonable prices. With a warranty for $25. The office was clean & the showroom spotless. I hope I've just found my eye care center!!

At first this place is amazing. Get the warranty so if you legitimately they can get replaced. I took my 3rd pair of glasses home after waiting for them to come in and no one letting me know they arrived. They broke before morning. I thought it was a possibility that I rolled on top of them or something but they weren't even close. That being said I paid for a new frame and put my lenses in the new frame. Had the new set a few weeks and the hinges were loose and coming apart at the same spot that the first ones I had a day broke. So I used the warranty to replace those because the lens also had a scratch. They retested my eyes and changed the prescription which was wrong and they retested again and I told them it was still wrong and they told me I would now have to buy a new pair. That chaps my ass because if I repair someones car wrong I have to fix it or do it right in the first place. I don't get to charge again for a job that was supposed to be done right even if it was a simple mistake. They have excuses for every defect or even a scratch when you buy their stuff to clean to make sure there wouldn't be a problem again. There is 0 accountability for their defects or mistakes. I had an appointment to go back but I will not give this company more money to be wrong and not do the job they're being paid to do.

Went in and bought 2 pairs of glasses, the staff was very kind & welcoming. Daniel assisted me w/ pick up & adjustments, he was a wonderful help and had me out swiftly. Thank you to all the staff for making my whole experience smooth.

I go to this location and I have the best service. They are always helpful and friendly. I did get the best help from Vanessa ordering and doing maintenance on my family eyeglasses.

My wife and son, went in for an eye exam. And she could hear the doctor talking about our son, how he was not behaving. Our son possibly has issues that we're dealing with. But for my wife to hear this absolutely broke her heart. This was completely unprofessional from this place..

I went to America's Best for my eye exam and my eye glasses. Mel was my customer service representative helping me find the eyewear best suited for me. She was absolutely awesome!! She had knowledge of her products, answered all my questions, and was very personable. Let me tell you, she had all the patience anyone could ever want when choosing something as important as glasses too!! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone! I rate the entire experience a 10 out of 10!!!!

Came in today with my sister to find glasses, let me tell you the staff is amazing Marci took care of my sister. She answered all of our questions please go visit her top notch customer service. Aldo the manager Chao was amazing explained extra features super friendly please visit this location definitely recommend 100%
