I always have a great experience with my provider and all of the staff. Everyone is attentive, supportive, and takes the time to make sure my concerns are fully addressed. I never feel rushed during my appointments. The office is very clean, and they consistently take the time to sanitize the spaces before patients come in. They also offer a wide selection of eyewear and contact lens brands to choose from. I have been coming here for about two years, and they have always taken the time to educate me while making the process of scheduling appointments, ordering contacts, and fixing my glasses quick and easy. I truly cannot say enough good things about this practice!

Such a great experience at EyeCare of Denton! The staff is incredibly caring and so personable--it really makes a difference. This was my daughter's first time getting glasses, and they were patient, kind, and made the whole process easy and positive for her. Because of that, they have a forever patient in her (and the rest of our family). Highly recommend!

Terrible service I had an appointment and their website says they accept my vision insurance. The receptionist told me they DON'T accept it and my plan "doesn't show up in the system." Wasted my time and left without the exam. Went to Visionworks instead -- the receptionist was super friendly, found me in the system right away, and everything went smoothly. Great service! Avoid this place if they can't even verify insurance correctly. 5 stars to Visionworks.

I am very happy to report the excellent service I received at the Eye Care of Denton this morning. I developed an eye infection with severe swelling and pain. I called the office at 8 am, received instructions to come in at 9:00 am, was treated immediately with an eye exam and medication to relieve the pain and by 10:45, my prescription for an antibiotic steroid solution was ready for pickup. My pain subsided almost immediately. All thanks to the helpful staff and Dr. Nguyn. I rate ECOD with 5 stars, but truthfully, there aren't enough stars in the galaxies to express my gratitude for the care I received this morning.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on EyeCare of Denton. Absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in. The entire staff was very helpful and professional. My optometrist, Katie Rippley was phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with every aspect of my visit. Highly recommend EyeCare of Denton as your EyeCare provider. And thank you April for your assistance on starting my examination, very professional! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

Absolutely the best optometrists I have ever gone to by far. I always get totally tricked out progressive lenses with no frames. Total was less than $500. Kim was knowledgeable, took time to explain and answer questions. Always an outstanding experience. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr. Nguyen provides a great exam and thorough explanation of any issues. She is very pleasant to talk with. The office staff are kind and efficient.
