Why having people book and come in by appointment when your clinic do not respect your patient's time at all? Been 2 times and both time I had to wait 30-50 minutes just to see the doctors for like 5 minutes. The assistant was very quick with initial checks but then I had to wait in the exam room for 50 minutes straight without no updates, no checking in even though i got out of the room to ask and was told "i'll let you know" and never come back. 1 hour into my appointment I had to leave without even seeing the doctor. Waste of time! One time can be fine but both time just shows me this is how you guys work. I have never experienced this with any other eye clinics ever. Very unprofessional

The staff, from reception desk to "kingdom" of glasses, is friendly, efficient, and professional. The staff doing all the diagnostic tests are equally as proficient. Dr May was fantastic! She took her time and explained everything thoroughly and happily answered all my questions. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Middleton was great and nice. I appreciated getting in two hours after I called with a painful eye, especially as a new patient. I noticed in the eyeglass section. They also have a great selection of children's glasses from dilli dalli. That would be great for my three year-old.

Very good location. Parking, reception, and waiting area is very good. I got a new pair of progressive eyewear to replace a less than adequate pair provided by another optical place.

Cindi, the optician is the reason I come back year after year! She's a treasure to keep! Best customer service and is so good at her job! She always picks out the cutest frames!

I don't live in Texas but keep getting emails for appointments I didn't schedule from this place. I just called and the woman said there's nothing she could do and I should just live with it and ignore the messages. I asked what do you mean you can't do anything? She got real nasty with me and said I would have to figure it out on my own. Okay, here I am doing something. This is ridiculous. 1/28/26 11:30 AM Eastern Time was the time I called.

Edit to add: to the response on my review - i did send an email immediately and never got a response. Just goes to show that they in fact do not care as long as they have your money. Try anywhere else. While I'm glad this place is open later than most eye care, I'm disappointed with the service. Specifically with payment. I told them I don't want to purchase contacts with them since i usually buy them online with Costco. I was then told by the sales associate that they price match with Costco, so I said great let's do that then. With my eye insurance i get a $180 which I hadn't used yet. I only got two packs of 6 contacts. I was then told I had to pay $23 and some change after my $180 allowance since the total was $203. I thought that was too high but I was in a hurry to go home since I'd been there a while. After I get home I checked online on Costco's website for the same brand same package of two and it was $55 a pack making it $110. So then I called and asked why they said they price match if they don't. $203 and $110 is a huge difference. I was then told that with my insurance Costco would only accept around $120 for my allowance instead of the entire $180 that they do. If that were true, it's still cheaper cause I wouldn't have to pay anything at all with Costco (120-110 =$10 leftover with my allowance) instead i had to pay an additional $23. They did say that they will refund me the $23 but the part that annoys me the most is that they claim to price match when they don't and they could've explained all this to me in person before paying instead of trying to pull a fast one on me. Slimy. I won't be back. I was happy to finally find a place in Denton for my eye care since i recently moved but no way! Insurance and anything medical related is already so expensive. Then you have places like this that think you aren't bright enough to catch what they are doing.

Dr. Vang is amazing. She's very patient with my children. She makes them feel comfortable and at ease. She's very thorough at explaining.
