Dr. Manaloor is the best there is! She takes such good care of her patients and always with a smile on her face. This is just one example of the care she takes: My husband accidentally left his contacts at home when we left for a trip and she went above and beyond to make sure he had contacts when we arrived at our destination. I don't know of any other doctor who would do that. A huge thank you to her and her staff for ALWAYS taking such great care of us.

Came into town to get my mother from Medical City and had a contact fall out. Had an empty box with my prescription they had no appointments available I just wanted to buy one contact so I could see to drive home over an hour away. I told them I'd pay for an appointment just needed to be able to drive home. They said they don't care and needed a prescription and could come back in a day for one.
Why can we not buy contacts without a prescription when you know your prescription and have proof of it when it's required to drive safely?
